Bruce Jenner sued over crash death

Bruce Jenner is being sued by the stepchildren of a woman killed in a car crash he was involved in.
Authorities say the reality TV star's Cadillac collided with Kim Howe's Lexus in February, pushing it into oncoming traffic.
The six-page lawsuit doesn't give any new details, but seeks damages for "wrongful death".
No charges have been brought against the 65-year-old and he hasn't commented.
Dana Redmond and William Howe argue Bruce Jenner was "negligent" or "otherwise responsible" for the collision and claim the family has suffered enormous damages.

About 800 mountain bike riders have gathered in Selkirk for the British Mountain Bike Marathon Championships.

The "cream of the crop" of British endurance mountain biking will take part in the event over a gruelling 75km course around the Scottish Borders.

Although the race proper starts on a forest trail on Bowhill estate, there is a "grand depart" from Selkirk town center.

Royal baby: Duchess of Cambridge in early stages of labour

 

The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted to hospital in the early stages of labour.

Catherine was admitted to the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in west London where her first child, Prince George, was born in July 2013.
Kensington Palace said "labour is progressing as normal" for the duchess, who was taken to the hospital by car.
The duchess travelled from the palace with her husband Prince William and was admitted at 06:00 BST (05:00 GMT).
Officials have said the duchess and the prince do not know the sex of their unborn child.

Bruce Jenner Late Car crash victim's stepchildren slam ex-Olympian with lawsuit

 

The stepchildren of late Kim Howe have filed a lawsuit against newly announced transgender, Bruce Jenner.

This is coming almost a week after Jenner came out public as a transgender in a special interview on the national TV.

Howe's stepchildren claimed that the ex-Olympian was 'careless and negligent' when he slammed into the late Howe's Lexus and which led to her death after it collided head on with a Hummer in February 2015

The late Howe's stepchildren, who reports say have no relationship with the deceased, further claimed that Bruce was speeding.

However, TMZ recently reported that the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the crash after which the County's District Attorney would get a report from the investigation for possible prosecution.

Nepal quake: 'No chance' to find more survivors, as death toll rises

 

Nepal's authorities have ruled out finding more survivors of last week's earthquake under the rubble, as the death toll rises to 6,621.

"We are trying our best in rescue and relief work but now I don't think that there is any possibility of survivors," Home Ministry spokesman Laxmi Prasad Dhakal told AFP.
Nepal said 14,021 people were injured in the 7.9 magnitude quake on Saturday.

B.B King Daughter accuses dad's manager of abuse and burglary

 

Legendary musician, B.B. King's daughter, Patty, has accused her dad's manager, Laverne Toney, of abusing the ailing singer and fleecing him of several millions of Dollars as well as jewelry.

In a report by TMZ, Patty called police on Thursday, April 30, 2015 to settle a dispute over the decision to hospitalise her 89-years old father.

The report indicated that there's a huge battle between Toney and Patty over the legendary singer's care.

Uptown Funk credits Oops Up Side Your Head writers

 

Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars have given The Gap Band a writing credit on their huge hit Uptown Funk, due to its similarities with their 1979 track Oops Up Side Your Head.

Uptown Funk, which topped the UK chart for seven weeks and the US chart for 14, originally had six songwriters.
The five writers of The Gap Band's hit were added earlier this week, according to RCA documents seen by Billboard.

Floyd Mayweather Boxer denies to pay Suge Khight's $10M bail

 

After reports made round that Floyd Mayweather would be paying Suge Knight's $10 million bail yesterday, April 30, the boxing champion has come out to deny the claims.

Floyd's most trusted members of his TMT crew tell TMZ that Suge's lawyer was just plain wrong when he told media outlets there was a plan in place for Floyd to take the former rapper out of jail.

Even though Floyd and Suge are reported to had been friends in the past, hi reps say both haven't been in contact in years. 

Suge is presently in a Los Angeles jail on murder charges and his attorney, Matthew Fletcher reportedly said Knight was counting on Floyd to cover his bail.

Fletcher ha however confessed he only made the comments because that's what he was told by Suge's family.

Britney spears Singer cancels 2 Vegas shows after stage accident

 

Britney Spear has canceled two of her concerts in La Vegas after spraining her ankle during a performance on Wednesday, April 29.

According to reports, the singer was advised by doctors to stay away from stage until her ankle heals.

As a result, Britney has announced he won't be performing the coming Friday [May 1] and Saturday [May 2].

Fortunately for her, the will give her ample time to go cheer either Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquaio in their big match on May 2 in La Vegas.

Taylor Swift has shared more details about her rumoured forthcoming collaboration with Kanye West.

Having been pictured together at the Grammy Awards, West stated in an interview back in February that he and Swift would be "going into the studio together", but now, speaking to ET, Swift has described the team-up as still in its infancy.

"[Kanye] has said that [we’ve been collaborating]," Taylor said in the interview. "We've never been in a studio together, but he's got a lot of amazing ideas."

He denies nine offences against six complainants spanning more than two decades.
