The alleged victim, Solange Ramona Romero Mota, 50, is reported to have placed a compliant at the police station following the attack.
Mota's statement reveals that the incident had taken place after the couple's two-year-old daughter had accidentally swallowed Rivotril pills, a tranquiliser sometimes referred to as Clonazepam, and thrown away the bottle. Mota adds that the model had been abusing the little girl verbally, which had caused her to intervene, only for her son to grab her neck, trying to strangle her until she had been out of breath
Romero had gone on to punch her in the left eye, which had left her unconscious for a couple of minutes.
