The Life House is proud to present Woman Rising 2015 in special celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD).
WOMAN RISING is
an integral arts development and performance event at the core of The
Life House’s women’s development vision and was designed to further
buttress the mission of community development and capacity building
through music and musicianship.
This year’s event
tagged “Woman Rising 2015” is the fifth in the IWD celebration series,
which ‘The Life House’ began in 2011. Over the past five years, The Life

as literature, visual art, dance, film etc. and this year we are
delighted to retain that tradition.
Everyone
present at the event can expect to have an exciting time and an

globally. It is also a time to network and get acquainted with women
from all walks of life!"
This year's

anniversary but also a pivotal time in our nation's cultural, social and
political development. It is our very intention that WOMAN RISING 2015
