A Justice of A Federal High court in Ikoyi, Lagos, C J Aneke, has ordered DSTV to suspend increase in subscription fees.
MultiChoice earlier announced a 20 percent price increase in subscription fees with effect from April 1, 2015.
According to them, the hike in fees is necessary for it to continue offering the best to its subscribers.
The order was issued following a suit filed by two Lagos-based lawyers, Osasuyi Adebayo and Oluyinka Oyeniji, who challenged the increament.
The suit was adjourned to the 16th April 2015 for hearing.
