A US rap star and former convict busted for drugs in
2011 got baptized on Easter and he says he got the calling from God
Almighty Himself.
Webbi, as he's called, was jailed for selling drugs four years ago and in 2012, he was again busted for battery.
At
the church, the preacher asked if anyone wanted to be baptized...
immediately, the rapper skipped up saying the 'good Lord told him to
take the plunge,' reports TMZ.
He was however buried in a pool of water outside a Louisiana church on Sunday, April 5.
Its
reported that it only took about 30 seconds for Webbie to find
salvation and after he was saved, he celebrated with friends over boiled
crawfish.
We're still not sure if he'll still drop non-Bible-friendly classics like Gutta Bitch, Bad Bitch or Trilla Than A Bitch.
